Choosing a Remote Option
We offer two remote service options for our tax and accounting clients: a one-on-one consultation, as well as an express service. The right option for you will depend on your exact accounting needs. If you know precisely the services you need, and only need to provide your documents to our accountants, our express service should offer you exactly what you need.
However, if you need to speak with one of our accountants in depth, you’ll likely want to schedule a remote appointment. This will allow you to have all the expert advice you’d receive in a face-to-face meeting, but without the inconvenience of travelling to our offices in person.

Express Service Request
Our express service requests make it easy for clients to safely and securely provide us with your documents. You can send them in via a fax, a scan, or even a photo from your smart phone. Once we receive those documents, our tax professionals will review your documents quickly and efficiently. Generally, this method of service is best suited for quick and efficient tax preparation. We can often send you a draft of your tax return within a day. All you’ll have to do then is review and approve the draft, and you’ll be ready to file.
Unfortunately, Zoom meetings are not available for express service requests due to our rapid turnaround times. So, if you require additional support for your tax return, keep reading.
Scheduling a Remote Meeting
For those clients that still need to speak with an accountant face to face, we suggest scheduling an appointment for a Zoom meeting. You can do this by calling our offices at (908) 272-4452 or clicking here. Once you have requested your meeting, you will receive a secure email with a link to securely upload your documents for your accountant’s perusal. Or, if you prefer, you may drop off your documents at either our Cranford or East Brunswick locations, and we will ensure they are given to your accountant prior to your schedule meeting.
At your scheduled time, you will connect with your tax preparer via Zoom to discuss your taxes. Your accountant will be able to discuss your financials with you in depth, and review your documents with you as needed to prepare your tax return. You will also be able to review the prepared return and approve it before filing.
